General Terms and Conditions

Please note: Our webshop currently ships within Sweden only. For orders outside Sweden, please contact us at order@altarestudios.se and we will assist you directly.

 

Altare Studios AB sells goods online to private individuals and companies in Sweden with a personal identity number or corporate registration number. To shop with us, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID for parcel shipments. If you are under 18, you need to have your guardian's consent for your purchase. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the card issuer is responsible.

Purchase

A purchase agreement is only concluded when Altare Studios AB confirms your order via an email order confirmation. We reserve the right to subsequently correct any inaccuracies regarding, for example, prices and delivery times.

Ordering

Goods are ordered online via Altare Studios AB's webshop. The minimum order amount for online purchases is 150 Swedish Kronor. If you encounter problems with your order, you can contact us via order@altarestudios.se.

Payment

Klarna Checkout: Altare Studios AB uses Klarna Checkout for private customers. Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide for identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. A credit check is never carried out directly in Klarna Checkout but, if necessary, depends on the payment option you have chosen. Credit checks performed by Klarna do not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna Checkout displays the options available to you. Invoice is the default payment option, but you can, of course, freely choose any of the other options such as direct bank payment or card payment. The options offered may vary from time to time. You can choose whether to protect your use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code. For information about your payment, please contact Klarna via klarna.com/sv/kundservice. Our invoices are sent via email when the order is shipped from us. The invoice has a due date of 14 days. Prices

All prices include 25% VAT. Shipping costs will be added as specified below. We reserve the right to change prices in our e-shop without prior notice.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days from the order date. Deliveries are only made within Sweden. For orders outside Sweden, please contact us directly via order@altarestudios.se.

Orders over 1000 SEK are delivered free of charge, while for smaller orders, a shipping cost of 75 SEK will be added.

Altare Studios AB disclaims any liability for claims for compensation due to delivery delays.

When the shipment arrives at a Service Point in your hometown, you will be notified either via an SMS message, if a mobile number was provided in the order, or via a paper notification. When picking up the package, you present the SMS code or the paper notification. Identification is required.

Packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to Altare Studios AB, and you will be charged for return shipping, handling costs, and an administration fee of currently 200 SEK for standard 2-pack packaging within Sweden. However, please see the current return price on the website based on your total order.

During transport to you, we are responsible if the item is damaged or lost. However, in the event of a return transport, you are responsible for any damage or loss of the item. Be sure to use the correct insurance amount and tracking ID.

Replacement Goods

If ordered items are out of stock, you will be contacted by email. If no replacement item is desired, Altare Studios AB will refund the amount paid for the item in question.

Complaints

In case of incorrect delivery, damaged item, or other defects, a complaint must immediately be submitted to Altare Studios AB, clearly stating the defect. Incorrect goods must be returned to us free of charge in accordance with our instructions, see Instructions for returns and refunds below. Returns sent Cash on Delivery or not complained about in advance will not be acted upon.

It is important that the complaint is made correctly. Report the defect to us within three days of receiving the shipment. The original packaging must be kept for any transport damage claims to the carrier.

We will replace an incorrectly delivered or damaged item, if you wish, or refund the amount, including shipping costs.

Instructions for Returns and Refunds

I. For returns and refunds, please contact us by phone at +46 70 757 08 14 or at order@altarestudios.se. Provide your name, address, and the reason for the return, and we will send you a return label.

II. The items should, if possible, be packed in the same packaging in which you received them. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are well protected during transport to Altare Studios. If you invoke the right of withdrawal or open purchase, the return must be in original packaging.

III. Send the return from the same Service Point where you collected the shipment.

IV. A refund will be issued immediately after the return has been inspected and approved.

Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase

According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving an item. The condition is that the product and product packaging are in an unchanged state, i.e., unused and not destroyed or damaged. You cover the return shipping cost when invoking this law, which only applies to consumer purchases and not corporate purchases.

Privacy and Personal Data

When ordering, you provide your personal information, such as name, address, and phone number, and thereby agree that we may store and use your data to fulfill our commitments to you. Altare Studios AB will not disclose your personal data to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to obtain the information registered about you.

If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request correction or de-registration.
